Welcome to PATTERGARDEN.CO.UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of art prints and related physical products through our website www.patterngarden.co.uk.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any contracts formed under them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Products and Description
We make every effort to display the colors, details, and textures of our prints as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print.
All prints are subject to availability.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Contract formation occurs when we dispatch your item and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Payments must be made in full at the time of placing an order via our accepted payment gateways.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
Copyright Ownership: All artwork, designs, imagery, and prints sold on this Site remain the exclusive intellectual property of PATTERN GARDEN / Regg Shumba and are protected under UK and international copyright laws.
Prohibition on Reproduction: Purchase of a physical art print grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to display the physical item for personal or non-commercial use only.
No Reprinting or Redistribution: You must not:
Copy, scan, digitize, reproduce, or reprint the artwork in any format (physical or digital).
Modify, create derivative works from, or alter the artwork.
Resell, redistribute, license, or commercially exploit the artwork or its imagery in any manner without prior written consent from us.
5. Shipping, Losses, and Transit Insurance
Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate; we are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost Items in Transit: An item is considered lost only once confirmed as lost by the respective postal or shipping service provider (in accordance with their official tracking and investigation timeframes).
Upon official confirmation of loss by the carrier, you will be entitled to your choice of either:
A full replacement print sent at no additional cost; or
A full refund of the purchase price and original shipping fee.
6. Damaged Goods, Returns, and Refunds
A. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our prints. However, if your print arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you are entitled to a remedy under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your package by emailing [Insert Contact Email] with:
Your order number.
Photos clearly showing the damaged print and the outer packaging/box.
Remedy: Once verified, we will arrange for either:
A replacement print to be sent to you free of charge; or
A full refund (including standard delivery costs).
We may request that you return the damaged item to us. If requested, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
B. Right to Cancel / Change of Mind (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods without giving any reason.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to custom, personalized, or made-to-order prints.
Return Conditions: To exercise your right to cancel, the item must be returned to us in its original, resalable condition and original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (excluding any expedited shipping charges chosen above standard delivery) within 14 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with an order is limited to the total purchase price paid for that order.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placing of an order following changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
